Golden Shepherd Farm guarantees all livestock leaving the farm to be in general good health at time of leaving. We are not

responsible for disease or injury incurred during transportation or any time after the goat leaves our hands.

Every animal is assessed for any physical faults, injuries, or health issues before leaving our farm and buyers are made aware

of any issues we discover before purchase.

For any problems that may not be discovered before our livestock goes to their

new home, including male or fertility issues, Golden Shepherd Farm reserves the right to appraise any situation and may, at

our disclosure, offer compensation through a partial refund or offer a replacement animal. However, we will not accept

livestock back to the farm in order to maintain our herd’s health and biosecurity under any circumstances.

All registered animals will leave with registration in the buyers hands unless otherwise agreed upon. Golden Shepherd Farm

reserves the right to withhold registration for any animals deemed not up to the standard we hold.
